TAIPAN BLDG. ANNUAL FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS SEMINAR AND FIRE DRILL
Date: June 29, 2026 (Monday)
Dear Everyone,
Please be informed that the Annual Fire Safety Awareness Seminar and Fire Drill will be conducted at Taipan Place on Monday, June 29, 2026.
Please note that the exact time of the fire drill will not be announced by the Building Administration in order to simulate an actual emergency situation and assess everyone's emergency preparedness.
In line with this, we kindly request everyone's full cooperation and participation.
During the fire drill, please observe the following safety guidelines:
1. Remain calm and avoid panic.

2. Listen carefully to the instructions of the Building Marshals, Security Personnel, and Fire Brigade.

3. Proceed immediately and orderly to the designated fire exit and assembly area.

4. Do not run, push, or cause congestion while evacuating.

5. Do not use elevators during the evacuation.

6. Assist fellow employees whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

7. Remain at the designated assembly area until the Building Administration announces the all-clear signal.

The objective of this activity is to strengthen our emergency preparedness and ensure that everyone is familiar with the proper evacuation procedures. Your cooperation is essential in helping us maintain a safe working environment and avoid untoward incidents during both drills and actual emergencies.
